Meet Coach Samantha, a passionate strength and powerlifting coach with over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. Samantha's journey into fitness began when she was a teenager, where she struggled with body image issues and self-confidence. She turned to weightlifting as a way to gain strength and confidence, and it soon became her passion.

After completing her certificate III, IV, Samantha went on to working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but found her true calling in powerlifting and strength training.

Over the years, Samantha has competed in numerous powerlifting competitions, and has always valued technique through her lifting endeavours. She believes in a holistic approach to fitness, which includes not just physical strength, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. Samantha is passionate about helping her Wolfe pack members achieve their full potential, both inside and outside the gym.

As a coach, Samantha is known for her high energy, positive attitude, and personalised approach to training. She takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and goals, and approaches all her members with an individual approach. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, Samantha’s coaching style will push you to your limits and help you unlock your full potential.

Outside of the gym, Sarah enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family and dogs. She believes that fitness is a lifelong journey, and is committed to helping her members achieve their goals and lead healthier, happier lives.

COACH SCOTT MCDIARMID

Meet Coach Scott, a seasoned coach with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in boxing, crossfit, and weightlifting, Coach Scott has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he brings to every training session.

Scott's journey into fitness began when he was a teenager, where he found a love for boxing. He went on to compete in several amateur boxing competitions, and eventually turned his attention to weightlifting and crossfit. Scott found that he enjoyed the challenge and variety that these sports offered, and he soon became a certified coach in both.

Over the years, Scott has trained and coached athletes of all levels and ages, from beginners to elite competitors. He believes in a holistic approach to fitness, which includes not just physical strength, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. Scott is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals and overcome any obstacles they may face.

As a coach, Scott is known for his patience, dedication, and personalized approach to training.
